1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DreamMongeri Education, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Services

DreamMongeri Education provides AP Calculus tutoring services including:

1-on-1 and group tutoring sessions (45 minutes)
AI-powered tutoring assistance
Timed tests & mocks and study materials
Personalized study plans

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You must provide accurate and complete information
One free trial session per student account

4. Payments

All prices are displayed in USD
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay
We do not store payment card information
All sales are final except as provided in our Refund Policy

5. Session Rules

Sessions are 45 minutes with a 5-minute grace period
Students must join on time via the provided session link
Respectful conduct is required at all times
Sessions may be recorded for quality purposes with consent
No-shows are not eligible for refunds

6. Intellectual Property

All content on DreamMongeri Education including study materials, exam questions, and course content is owned by DreamMongeri Education. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

DreamMongeri Education shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
