Refund Policy

1. Overview

DreamMongeri Education is committed to student satisfaction. This policy outlines when refunds are available and how to request them.

2. Eligible Refunds

• Cancellation requested at least 2 hours before the session start time
• Technical failure on our end preventing the session from occurring
• Tutor unavailability without prior notice
• Duplicate payment charges

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• No-show by the student
• Cancellation requested less than 2 hours before the session
• Sessions already completed
• Free trial sessions (no charge)
• Content subscriptions after access has been granted

4. Refund Process

• Submit cancellation request via your dashboard
• Anubhav will review and confirm within 24 hours
• Approved refunds are processed within 24 hours of confirmation
• Refunds appear in your account within 5-7 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

5. Package Refunds

For multi-session packages, refunds are available for unused sessions only. Used sessions are charged at the single session rate ($45) and deducted from the refund amount.
