Cancellation Policy

1. Student Cancellations

Must be requested at least 2 hours before session start time
Submit via dashboard: My Sessions → Request Cancellation
Cancellation requests under 2 hours will not be accepted
All cancellations require Anubhav's confirmation

2. Cancellation by DreamMongeri

In rare cases where we must cancel a session, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer either a full refund or a rescheduled session at your preference.

3. Rescheduling

Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 2 hours notice at no charge. Contact anubhavswp@gmail.com to reschedule.

4. No-Show Policy

A 5-minute grace period is provided
Sessions not attended within 5 minutes are considered no-shows
No-shows are not eligible for refunds
Tutor no-shows result in a full refund or free rescheduled session

5. Free Trial Sessions

Each student account is entitled to one free trial session. Free trial sessions that are cancelled can be rebooked once. Repeated no-shows for free trials may result in ineligibility for future free trials.
